Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system governs every stage of production, and every product we manufacture complies with internationally recognised dimensional and material standards — from raw material inspection to final dispatch.
Quality at Mishkat Pipe Fittings is not a department — it is a culture. From the moment raw material arrives at our facility to the moment a shipment leaves our gate, documented checks and balances ensure every product meets or exceeds the specified standard.
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001, and we maintain full traceability with heat numbers, material certificates, and test records for every order.
Raw material incoming inspection — Chemical composition and hardness verified
In-process dimensional checks — Verified against ANSI/DIN/IS standards
Visual and surface inspection — No cracks, laps, seams or surface defects
Final inspection before dispatch — Full dimensional and material re-verification
Mill Test Certificates (MTC) — EN 10204 3.1 available for all products
A structured, documented 8-step quality process applied to every production batch.
All incoming material is checked against Mill Test Certificates. Chemical composition and hardness are verified before acceptance.
Heat numbers and material grades are tracked and marked throughout production to maintain full traceability for every batch.
Critical dimensions verified at each machining stage against applicable ANSI, DIN or IS standard tables using calibrated gauges.
Each component is visually inspected for surface defects, cracks, laps, seams and any non-conforming surface conditions.
All threaded components are gauged with Go / No-Go thread gauges calibrated to the specified thread standard (UN, BSP, Metric).
Brinell and Rockwell hardness testing conducted to verify compliance with material grade specifications (e.g. B7, 8.8, 10.9).
Completed product is fully re-inspected against the original purchase order specification before approval for dispatch.
MTC, test reports, packing list and inspection certificate compiled and dispatched with every shipment for client records.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, covering design, manufacturing, inspection and dispatch of all pipe fittings, flanges and fasteners.
